“HEALTH & FITNESS”

OBJECTIVE:

To raise awareness for leading health concerns.

Throughout the years I’ve learned about numerous health issues that are threatening people in our country.  As my interest in health and fitness has grown I have began to realize that many people are unaware of health concerns that are threatening lives. Not only are individuals unaware of health concerns, but they are unaware that many of them are preventable and can be controlled through the correct measures.

Throughout my reign I will serve as an activist for raising awareness for health concerns. I hope to reach as many people as possible, introduce them to new information regarding their health and hope that they will share the information with others.

In order to fulfill this objective in the community I became a volunteer with the American Heart Association. This organization is dedicated to the mission of building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke
